Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us the last five days. This experience with you was a definite highlight of our trip to France. Jean-Paul merci beaucoup for the extra attention extended so warmly and without (? unreadable)... I only wish now that the time hadn't passed as quickly. Martine - merci beaucoup for the late night entertaining with wine, cheese and conversation. Your B&B is very special tu us. We hope to return someday or even better, Colmar. Please let us know. "Dear Martine & Jean-Paul
Superb! We have so enjoyed our short stay with you (+ the cats & dogs). Thank you for sharing your home, your knowledge & hospitality with us. By far the best Chambre d'Hôte we have discovered. We hope to make a return visit. Kind regards."

Le Clos de la Rose is a "slice of heaven". A beautiful & tranquil spot. The food, wine & gardens here are magnificent. The rooms & fabrics divine. Vaux le Vicomte candlelight evening was magic! Thank you all and to Pierre for his excellent English.

What a splendid time we had here! Or hosts were so gracious and took the best care of us, as if we were close family. The only thing that we did not like was having to say goodbye. But even now we hope to make plans to return again and stay longer. The breakfast, with homemade jams, were a wonderful way to start each day. The day trips that Jean-Paul assisted us were fun adventures. This was a superb way to start our visit to France!!

Thank you for giving us the most perfect of places to prepare for our wedding day - a home away from home. This beautiful sanctuary and your welcoming hospitality has truly been appreciated and no doubt we shall return to enjoy Le Clos de la Rose again. It shall remain a part of our wonderful memories of our wedding in France.

After 5 weeks driving through France, what a wonderful way to finish our holiday. Jean-Paul and Martine were such kind and generous hosts and our accommodation in the "little house" was just perfect.
We are already making plans to return!
