Frequently asked questions - B&B le Clos de la Rose between Paris and Reims.
FAQ and practical information about your stay at our B&B. Reservation and general conditions. Deposit and payment. Check in and check out. Some hints to make your stay even more pleasant.
How do I see how much it will cost?
Select one of our rooms. Check carefully all information related to it. Select your dates. The system will automatically come up with the best rates. Rates vary according to the period of the year and length of stay. Stays of 7 nights and more offer the cheapest rates per night. Special rates available from stays of 2 nights and more. For a one night stay the standard rate applies (see further down) and a one night stay on Saturday is more expensive than a one night stay any other night of the week.
How can I make a reservation?
On the home page of our reservation system, kindly select the room you wish to book. Check the availability for the desired period. Our calendars are up to date and reliable. For all confirmed bookings, the calendars are updated automatically. If available, select the requested dates. Follow the steps online and make a reservation request. We will come back to you very shortly with a confirmation proposal and a deposit request. To confirm your stay you will need to pay the deposit online with your credit card. Please note that other booking options might exist for dates shown as available. If we have several booking options for a from on a given date, the customer to pay his/her deposit first will be the one to secure the reservation. The other existing options will then be cancelled; in such rare events, we will do our best to find another date that might be suitable for you.
About our rates. Why is a single night stay more expensive?
The price mentioned on our home page is the lowest rate per night (FROM) applicable for a stay of 3 nights or more. A single night stay is more expensive than a multiple night stay as there are more costs on bed linen, towels and cleaning charges, etc for the single night one. When making an online booking request, our reservation system will automatically quote the best price for the selected room / period and duration of stay.
